Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How do I return my article?
In case you want to cancel your purchase, you must do so within fourteen calendar days after the day of delivery of your order. Notify Juwelier Van Rooy in writing of your decision to cancel the purchase. This can be done by mail, with the return form attached.

Return the article within fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase. Items can be returned via our Juwelier Van Rooy Store (Antwerpsestraat 54, 2640 Mortsel). You will receive a gift voucher for the value of your purchase in return.

These are the only valid reasons in case you want to cancel your purchase after fourteen calendar days after the day of delivery of your order:

the item does not correspond to the article pictured on the website
the item received does not correspond to your order
the item is broken or damaged
Again, please notify Juwelier Van Rooy in writing of your decision to cancel the purchase. This can be done by mail, with the return form attached.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@juweliervanrooy.be and send your item to: Antwerpsestraat 54, Mortsel, VLG, 2640, Belgium.
